With Telmar2000 the worksations of the call center can make phone calls using VoIP (via internet or sip gateway) with an integrated softphone..

Telmar2000 can fully integrate with any PBX VoIP (Voice over IP) that supports the SIP protocol and is therefore compatible with the popular VoIP platforms in the market today such as Asterisk, VOIspeed, Swyx, IP Time, etc..

For the Asterisk platform also supports the IAX protocol.

Thanks to its integrated VoIP technology, Telmar2000 offers the opportunity to directly connect each client to the services offered by new operators who work with VoIP SIP protocol without the need for a VoIP PBX.
