Main features:

  • DETAILS OF RECIPIENTS

With this feature you define the recipients of documents to be sent.
In addition to personal data for each recipient will indicate which tools will be used to send documents, the document type and level of visibility of data.
For each recipient can assign a login ID and password for access to documents via the web

The form for the management of documents permits, with a few clicks of send to recipients selected documents pertaining to their appointments.
There are three modes of delivery:

- Send via email. The document that was generated is sent via email.
- Send via fax.
