Center Monitor
This software component allows to monitor
each single workstation of your call center.

The administrator can design
the workstations of the call center.
You can also define more configuration files, for example one file for each room of the call center, or separate files for remote places.
Each workstation may be included in more congifuration files in order to create some subsets of workstations and virtual call center rooms.
Simply double-clicking on the grid, a workstation will be created. After you can move it on the grid using drag&drop.
Each workstation is defined by name and extension. For each workstation status you can define an alarm threshold.
In design mode you can simulate the status changes of each workstation.
Once the supervisor has defined one or more rooms "rooms",
he can define the rooms will be loaded at startup. Using the toolbar you can switch the rooms.
In each workstation will be displayed the name of the operator, his current status
Per ogni postazione viene
visualizzato il nome dell'operatore collegato, lo status
corrente, how long the operator is in this
status, plus any alarm.
Right-clicking
the selected workstation it is possible to :
-Send a message to the connected user
-View the details of the current call
-View detailed reports of the operator.
-View the list of all the alarms.
