Telmar2000 works in client/server mode and it's components are:

• Supervisor application that allows to update the archives and the system parameters and to monitor the system in real time.
• Server application. It'an IP server that manages all the clients connections. It also manages the contacts and the recalls
• Client application for the operators. Very easy to use. It's a Tcp/Ip application. It can work on a LAN or a WLAN. Telephony integration is client-side. It can work within a large range of telephony devices including Tapi,Sip,Iax.
• Other applications, such The survey editor, the appointments application, the message server, etc....

Telephony interface

Telmar2000 works within a large range of telephony devices and middlewares, such TAPI,SIP,IAX,Isdn phones,Analogue devices, Asterisk and many Sip proxy.
There are many levels of call automation :
Preview dialing, Power dialing, half and full Predictive dialing.
