Supervisor application that allows to update the archives and the system parameters and to monitor the system in real time.
Server application. It'an IP server that manages all the clients connections. It also manages the contacts and the recalls
Client application for the operators. Very easy to use. It's a Tcp/Ip application. It can work on a LAN or a WLAN.
Telephony integration is client-side. It can work within a large range of telephony devices including Tapi,Sip,Iax.
