With this software component  you can manage all the system settings, the campaigns, data import/export. So you handle all the functionality of Telmar2000 to organize better the efficiency of call center.This application software allows the administrator to update, with simple graphic interface, archives and parameters for handling calls.
Here is a brief description of the main functions of the supervisor module.

SYSTEM CONSOLE

This is the main It's the main feature. The structure of the lists is represented graphically, grouped by campaigns and organizations they belong to. By selecting each element of the tree, you access to its property, its associated functions, and real-time statistics about the productivity, the state of records, the productivity of single operator. Because the lists are grouped in a hierarchical structure From the system console, also, you can perform basic operations such as the creation of new accounts for operators, associate users to campaigns, activation / suspension campaign and lists of contacts, and set the priorities of the various lists contacts for a campaign. All in real time and intuitively, with a few clicks and the mouse Drag&Drop.

PHONEBOOKS/CONTACTS MANAGEMENT

The function to manage archives allows the import and the formalization of names from various sources (CD, Floppy, exsisting archives ,manual entry, etc. ..) and different formats.
It also display a report for the contacts and the calls, grouped by status.

For each contact you can view the history of all the calls made,including failed attempts, date / time, the status of the call and the operator who made the phone call. You can also see the history of the calls mady by a single operator.

RECALLS MANAGEMENT

It is possible to check each recall, filter them by operator, contact list, date/time. The supervisor can edit a single recall or a group of recalls, editing the date, the time, the visibility (private/public), or associate private recalls to other operators.
