The function to manage
archives allows the import and
the formalization of names from various sources (CD, Floppy, exsisting archives
,manual entry, etc. ..) and different
formats.
For each contact you can view the history of all the calls made,including failed attempts, date / time, the status of the call and the operator who made the phone call. You can also see the history of the calls mady by a single operator. RECALLS MANAGEMENT It is possible to check each recall, filter them by operator, contact list, date/time. The supervisor can edit a single recall or a group of recalls, editing the date, the time, the visibility (private/public), or associate private recalls to other operators.
