Recall function

Richiami Allows immediately to eliminate the confusion produced by paper reminder notes, with inevitable loss of contact, because the application provides the screens to indicate:
  1. The date and time of the call (You may indicate more dates and times of call);
  2. Some notes;
  3. A number of call (For example, a mobile phone number to call with a different number from). it is important to note that, acting on a supervisor-level parameter, you can capture the phone numbers to the main alternative, allowing the company to enrich its database.
Recall data

It will be the system that will be in charge to call in a completely automatic in those dates and times.
The Recall, according to a set of parameters set by the supervisor, may be assigned or the operator who caused it (private call) or can be taken over by other operators (public call). The supervisor may give the same opportunity to make this choice.

If an operator, which has generated the recall, was no longer available or unable to complete, the administrator can allocate them to other operators with a simple move operation. With this feature calls will be assigned to another operator (or others) so that the continuity of communication.
