The application provides a script as a guide for the management of the telephone conversation. These windows are opened in automatic mode to provide full support to the operator.
In this way the operator has available applications, or text recommended by the interviewer to ask and answers to allow a default proper collection of information.
All questions are posed in terms of operational sequence, conditioned and controlled, bypassing the questions that should not be placed.
During the dialogue, the operator has a prominent position of the questionnaire (questions to be filled, the questions that have completed and the question being treated). through this tree structure (see the left side of the figure below)

TThis situation is highlighted with a color icons associated with each question / demand, namely:
· Red icon; (questions untreated )
· Blue icon (current question)
· Green icon (questions treated)
The operator, during the processing of the questionnaire, at any time has the chance to return to the previous question, to the next or jump at its discretion at any question (if he is allowed) to check its contents or to make changes.
