Appointments function

It's activated by the operator, when the called party is interested in a appointment with a seller. The application offers features to manage data associated with the appointment.

Immagine Telmar2000 Client The operator chooses the date and time for the appointment with a simple point and click. The system controls of the overlap with other appointments already taken keeping in mind:
- The number of vendors associated to the current campaign
- depending on the time needed to complete the visit.
The system behaves according to these parameters::
- accepts the appointment not reporting anything to the operator
- accepts the appointment and indicates an overlap with another appointment
- does not accept the appointment and indicates the overlap allowing you to move the date and time of the appointment.

Notes for the vendor:
You can write notes for different types
