Log Analyzer

With this module you can automatically export the event log of one or more systems Telmar2000 to a single database type MSDE / Sql Server. With Telmar2000 Log Analyzer, you can create reports that are very accurate and configurable, allowing obtain a clear and detailed reporting of work, and the productivity of campaigns. The inclusion of events to the database LogAnalyzer is done automatically and transparently. Filter parameters

• Period: The range of dates to be examined

• System: In the database LogAnalyzer may merge data from different Telmar2000 systems .

• Company: Choosing a voice from this drop-down menu, data from the report that will generated will be grouped by company. You can select one in particular or to indicate view / print a report with details of all companies.

• Campaign: Choosing a voice from this drop-down menu, data from the report that will will be generated by the campaign. You can choose a particular campaign or to indicate view / print a report with data from all campaigns on the company you select

• Contact List: choosing a This menu item drop, data from the report that will will be generated by activities. You can choose a particular list or indicate view / print a report with details of all lists of selected campaign.

• Operatori: A prescindere dal livello di dettaglio selezionato (Sistema,Azienda,campagna,lista), è possibile decidere di effettuare una ulteriore suddivisione dei dati per operatore. Anche in questo caso è possibile indicare tutti gli operatori o un operatore in particolare.

• Print options: There are three types of reports.

• Details: The data will be displayed for each date

• Summary: The data are for the date range selected.

• Time slot: The data cover the range of dates selected, but will be grouped by time slots. Using this option you can define the individual time slots..

• Print graphics: turning this flag will be printed a bar graph for each set of data displayed / printed.

• Include time of inactivity: turning this flag will also include time not working.

• Flags regarding time: You can choose to print or not, some information regarding time work. It might be useful not print them if, for example, you want to print a report to deliver to a customer.
